Automobile Insurance law in PA

It is amazing how many people do not understand the automobile insurance law in Pennsylvania.  In 1972 the commonwealth of Pennsylvania passed the Pennsylvania no-fault insurance act. Regardless of whose fault an accident is, your insurance company will pay your medical bills up to the limit of your policy, with the minimum being $5,000.  

Many people also have purchased lost wage coverage, which will compensate them if they are unable to work.  Unfortunately, many policyholders do not know what is in their policy and they are afraid to contact an experienced attorney and ask.  Sadly, some policyholders ask their local insurance agent who out of ignorance or benign neglect misadvise them.
