The Need to Make an Appointment

October 3rd, 2022

From time to time, we get e-mails out of the blue inquiring about legal issues.  The e-mails do not include telephone numbers or even an individual’s name.  As much as I want to help people, it is impractical to begin a dialog with someone I haven’t met to discuss addressing their legal needs using e-mails.  This is why I insist upon an in-person appointment.  Even if I cannot help you, I am more than happy to take the time to meet you and if I cannot help you, possibly direct you to someone else who can.  For example, I do not do medical malpractice cases or federal civil rights cases, but I can make suggestions and recommendations, if someone will make the effort to sit down with me.

Some attorneys handle personal injury cases but not workers’ compensation cases.  Other attorneys may handle workers compensation and not personal injury.  Some may handle workers’ compensation but not sickness and accident cases, or long-term disability cases.  You need an attorney who is experienced in each of these areas.  I handle all areas and can successfully handle your entire case.

Please give my office a call to make an in-person appointment!
